This is the Live Fire portion of the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Blended course. You must have first completed the online portion of the class. To sign up for the online portion, click here.

Take the first step toward firearm proficiency with our flexible blended learning course. This course is designed for individuals seeking the basic knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. The "Blended" format allows you to complete the theoretical portion of the training online at your own pace before joining us for the mandatory hands-on practical session.

Course Highlights:

Safety First: In-depth coverage of the NRA’s rules for safe gun handling.

Fundamentals: Detailed instruction on pistol parts, operation, and ammunition. Marksmanship: Learn the essentials of shooting positions and the five fundamentals of pistol shooting.

Live Fire: Students will complete a live-fire qualification on the range. Certification: An NRA Course Completion Certificate will be awarded to those who successfully finish both the online and practical portions. 

Please Bring:

• Semiautomatic handgun
• Eye and ear protection
• Holster (preferred but necessary)
• 150 rounds of ammunition
• Water/drinks
• Snacks
• Closed-toe shoes
• Sunscreen

We keep this class small for safety, and to ensure that everyone gets personal time with the instructor.
